Website Development
The price listed in the promotion is the base price for the development of the website.  This price applies to the generic template chosen, the subsequent features of the template (such as layout, menus and number of pages) as well as the use of the graphics within the template.  Further customization such as additional graphic design work, larger scope of the website or shopping cart implementation may incur additional costs.  Any additional work will always be quoted by SiteHand.

Web Hosting
The First Year Free in this promotion entails that there is no fee applied to the web hosting of the website within this promotion for the first year (12 months).  Conditions do apply for excess data used. This being amount of data on disk as well as data in the form of web traffic (inclusive of FTP, Email and website data traffic to the internet).  The data available in this promotion per account equates to:

Total Disk Space (Web, SQL & Mail):  500 MB
Monthly Transfer Allowance:              5 GB

All excess data for the above totals will be calculated and invoiced as they are exceeded, regardless of the First Year Free promotion.

After the first year:

• Hosting will be charged at $25 (AUD) per month (ex GST, invoiced Quarterly)

Payment Terms
General payment is required within 14 Days of receipt of invoice. The invoice will be generated after completion of work stated in this quote. SiteHand may require a deposit before commencing or on commencement of this proposal.

Any discounts prices will be applied if you meet the payment terms as specified with in this section.

Goods and Services (GST)
All prices and amounts of money in the Contract are exclusive of GST, as applicable, unless otherwise indicated. The Goods and Services Tax (GST), is extra to the price herein and will be paid by Client. The GST is to be charge at the applicable rate at the time that the invoices are generated. GST, to the extent applicable, will be incorporated into all invoices and progress claims. All items that are zero-rated, exempt or to which the GST does not apply, are to be identified as such on all invoices.

Copyright and Intellectual Property
All rights to the design and content of the site will be formally assigned to the client once the final payment for the project has been received. However SiteHand reserves all copyright and intellectual property rights to the Content Management System and all associated modules and components.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Provider warrants to the Client that the support services or completed works will perform in substantial accordance with the Documentation for a period of ninety (90) days from the Effective Date. If the support services or completed works does not perform as herein warranted, the Provider shall undertake at its own expense to correct the non-conforming part of the support services or completed works. If correction is not reasonably possible or commercially practical, Provider shall refund the monies or fees incurred for this part of the service.

All requested for support and warrants must be provided in written form with supporting evidence.
